Privacy Policy
Mission Critical Home Services LLC (“we,” “us”) operates missioncriticalhomeservices.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what you type into the estimate form so we can call you back, and basic anonymous usage statistics so we know which pages people read. We don't sell any of it.
What we collect
- Estimate requests. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address, service type, and message you enter. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, to our business inbox. We use it only to respond to your request and schedule the work.
- Usage statistics. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you reached the site. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. We use this to understand which services people are looking for.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and reliability.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own first-party cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. You can block these with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on; the site works identically without them.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (analytics and our business email), and Netlify (hosting). Each processes data only on our behalf. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests stay in our email for as long as we may need them to serve you and keep records of the work — typically the life of the customer relationship plus any period required for tax and insurance purposes. Analytics data is retained by Google for the default period (currently 14 months) and is not linked to your name.

- You can decline analytics cookies as described above.
- You can always reach us by phone instead of the form if you prefer not to submit anything online.
Children
The site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
